There is not a clear line between Trichocereus macrogonus and Trichocereus peruvianus but these are some plants that I received as or I consider to be Trichocereus macrogonus.

Trichocereus macrogonus JS411

This plant came from Verne in a batch of unlabeled cuttings - it appears to be of the KK242 macrogonus type.

Very similar to Trichocereus peruvianus JS20, Trichocereus macrogonus RS0004, and Luther Burbank.

Cuttings of this Trichocereus macrogonus JS411 are sometimes available at Cactus Affinity.

Trichocereus peruvianus ‘Poots #1’ JS20

From Poot’s House of Cactus, this is in my opinion a Trichocereus macrogonus type plant similar to Trichocereus macrogonus RS0004 and Luther Burbank.

This is not their blue matucana type Trichocereus peruvianus they have growing near their sign.

Cuttings of Poot’s peruvianus #1 aka JS20 are regularly available from Cactus Affinity.
